Color Sealing
After a complete 7-STEP restorative cleaning and preparation process, we apply a permanent protective treatment for grout available in any color. This process completely seals the pores iof the grout permanently and hides stains, discolorations and mismatched grout. Creates a completely uniform color that will not absorb stains. Because the surface is now non porous, it is far more sanitary and much easier to keep clean. This process is covered by a warranty of your choosing ranging from 1 Year to Lifetime.

GRINDING
To remove deep scratches and remove lippage (uneven tile edges).This is done with a very heavy rotary floor grinding machine with diamond abrasive pads that evenly grind the surface until all the scratches and uneven tiles are flat and smooth. This is a dust free process.

HONING
To remove minor scratches and wear from everyday foot traffic. This process is also done by machine with diamond abrasive pads and water that creates no dust.

POLISHING
To give marble or stone the sheen you want, enhance the veining in marble and to protect the marble or stone from everyday traffic and spills. (Utilizing the same compounds that are used in the fabrication process).

NATURAL STONE CLEANING
Cleaning natural stone is a delicate balance. We have developed an extremely effective yet very safe process for cleaning natural stone that combines the use of live enzymes, citrus degreasing agents, safe oxygenating stain removers and gentle agitation. Once the area has been thoroughly scrubbed we follow up with a low pressure hot water rinse that removes even the deepest embedded soils. This process removes more dirt, food oils and grease than any other process. In many cases even stains like coffee, tea, urine and even red wine can be removed during this cleaning process.

NATURAL STONE RESTORATION

SEALING
The application of a clear liquid penetrating sealer designed to fill in the microscopic pores in grout or natural stone. It doesn't change the appearance but gives great protection from water and oil based stains which would otherwise, quickly penetrate the surface and potentially create a permanent stain.
