            Let’s all remember how fortunate we are this year. This past year has held many challenges for our family. We know that life is full of change, and we realize that our attitude towards each challenge is really what helps us grow. It is our new goal at Clean Sweep Carpet and Fabric Care to actively start giving back and encouraging others to do the same as a part of their life. This is just a reminder that we all can really make a difference!! I know that we are a specialized, smaller, service company but I feel great just knowing what we are going to do as a small team may inspire you to do the same. That is really our only goal.

We just returned from and incredible weekend business trip where we got to spend some time with some of the most amazing individuals! People who are intently focused on improving their families’ lives’ along with society’s as a whole. People, such as Bill Phillips, former president of EAS supplements and New York Times best selling author of Body for Life and his latest work, Eating For Life. Bill has done incredible work and received numerous honors for his efforts to promote healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives through his nutrition and fitness knowledge. As well as being the single highest contributor to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. We also spent time with Mark Victor Hansen, editor of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad-Poor Dad and many other successful books and courses, as well as hundred of other incredible people.

Talk about a group of people who live their lives’ paying it forward!!

            We become truly inspired and dedicated to coming back and trying to raise the bar in our own community. Each month we will endeavor to devote a section of our newsletter towards healthy recipes, updates on community events, focus on a different charitable organization each quarter, as well as give monetarily to the spotlighted charity.

            The second quarter of 2005. Our charitiy is St. Judes Research Hopital.   You can learn more about them online at www.stjude.org .  They combine efforts with many individuals to grant specific wishes to children with life threatening medical conditions to provide encouragement, hope and joy. Things that everyone in the world today could use a little more of, huh?! Not everyone is in a position to give back in the same way; however, we hope that through this section in our newsletter it will encourage others to do the same. That may be just smiling at a stranger, holding open a door, staying patient in traffic, donating food, or working in a soup kitchen. Whatever it is, it doesn’t matter!!! Everyone out there has a special soft spot in their hearts for something different. Just do something, anything!

            It is our sincere pledge, that each quarter we will make a contribution to the spotlighted charitable cause. So, on that note all of us here at Clean Sweep Carpet and Fabric Care would like to wish you, your family and friends a safe and Happy New Year. Oh forget that, we’d like to wish you all an awesome life!! The tremendous growth that our small company is having would not be possible without the support of wonderful clients like you that appreciate the quality we strive to deliver on each and every job. We put our hearts and souls in to this business and we’re so thankful that you appreciate what we do. We truly value each and every one of you and your referrals!!
